This Terms of Service describes the contract between "You and Geometria" when you visit or make a purchase from https://threeblahs.com (the “Site”). You are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained or expressly referenced in these Terms of Service.

THE SPIRIT OF THE SITE

  • The Site is an educational site and the content is intended to be appropriate for all ages.
  • There are no traditional or targeted adverts, although carefully selected sponsors are allowed.
  • The "no-advert" model means that most content is available through subscription.
  • Site users cannot directly interact with each other: No content is uploaded by users and user comments are not available.
  • All content is carefully authored and edited.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you wish to create a subscription to the Site:

  • Please browse and read free content on the Site to make sure a subscription is right for you. Please note that we do not offer refunds for subscriptions.
  • Click "Subscribe" in the menu and follow the instructions. You must have a valid email address as well as all the information necessary to generate a paid subscription. We use a third-party provider for the financial transaction that creates and maintains your subscription.
  • The Site is an educational site and the content is intended to be appropriate for all ages, but individuals under the age of thirteen must have their legal guardian create a subscription for them, and both the guardian and the minor must agree to these Terms of Service.
  • You may contact us about your subscription at <hello at threeblahs.com>.

If you wish to cancel your subscription to the Site:

  • Sign in to the Site.
  • Click "me" in the menu.
  • On the "Account" page, scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription".
  • Your subscription will continue to be available, but it will not auto-renew on its expiry date.
  • If you do not want to have an active subscription and would like to end access to your subscription immediately, you must contact us at <hello at threeblahs.com>. We do not offer refunds for the remaining time available on subscriptions.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • All subscribers must be real human beings.
  • Subscriptions cannot be shared, each subscription is for one person.
  • Subscribers are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials safe and secure.
  • All content on the Site is protected by copyright.
  • All communication with us must be non-abusive.

RESERVED RIGHTS

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services for any reason, without notice at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will Geometria, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. Geometria shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Without prejudice to the above and to the extent permitted by law, in the event that Geometria is found to be liable to you in any way, such liability will be limited to the amount of the fees paid by you to Geometria under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

CHANGES

We may update these terms of service from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
